I love your show, and this was another one full of great tools. Just had one thing you could tweak it with – the Profit First book by Mike Michalowicz.
It’s a brilliant system that changed my life. Instead of waiting til the end of the year to see if there’s a profit – you divvy up your income each week by percentages, and MAKE a profit. I put 5% in an account for profit and 10% into an account for projects, so I can keep my infrastructure projects going right through the year.
