Ian Mitchell-Innes is a world-renowned grazier and educator. He is a wealth of knowledge and communicates clearly and practically his passion to help people receive the maximum amount of benefit possible from the key resources entrusted to them. At the end of this episode I share some thoughts on how we can respond to this current time of uncertainty.

Thank you Clay for your perceptive questioning, this was one of the best interviews I have ever heard in my 44 years farming livestock business. Ian stayed with Siobhan Griffin and I for 14 days on his first visit to New Zealand and handled our unintended arrogance, because of our benign climate, severe over grazing and being predator free, with such aplomb, patience and courtesy. His reconfiguration from his adversity and his willingness to continually learn, and farmer to farmer sharing so many regenerators generously do, reached the bottom of the planet here in NZ. After the 1st year trialing, I cringe at the over grazing Nicole Masters correctly and delightfully pointed out on your interview, that we carried out in the belief clover needed more light. A lovely commercial story so sweetly told. But we move on and due to you making a worldly difference, we can have fun doing it. Thank you. Regards to you all, Rick
